Electronic devices are all around us. They are used for accomplishing simple to quite complex tasks. This hands-on class taught by Dr. Anthony Kuchera will give participants the opportunity to build an electronic circuit and interface software with hardware to make and control a simple device. No experience necessary.

Join Dr. Rose Stremlau, Associate Professor of History for a lesson in Charlotte history. The Charlotte metro area has long been a vibrant corridor for trade and interaction among diverse peoples. Learn how Native nations in this region evolved as a result of colonization and how their stories intersect with those of the college.

Founded in 2008, the (DFM), a 501(c)3, has grown to become Lake Norman’s prime farmers' market as a producer-only market to provide local farmers and purveyors a place to sell their products directly to the consumer, while supplying shoppers with healthy, fresh and locally grown food.
