Contractors are required to conduct their work activities in a safe and compliant manner that is protective of the students, staff and visitors, and property of 蜜桃社区 College and the surrounding 蜜桃社区.

Contractors are responsible for having their own program that meets all local, state and federal Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, as well as 蜜桃社区 College requirements. Contractors will coordinate all activities with the appropriate 蜜桃社区 project manager, who will enlist the support of the 蜜桃社区 EHS Office as needed.

The EHS Contractor Agreement Form (PDF) must be reviewed and signed by all contractors and subcontractors prior to beginning work at the college. 蜜桃社区 project managers shall incorporate this form as an addendum into all contracts.
