Several grants exist to help defray the cost of your ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø education.

ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø College Grants

Need-based grants are the foundation of our financial aid program and are funded through the generosity of foundations, corporations, alumni and friends, and from the annual operating budget. Awards range from $100 to more than $70,000.

Federal Pell Grant Program

Need-based grants are awarded according to the federal eligibility formula. Additional information about Federal Pell Grants is available on the U.S. Department of Education's site.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG)

Need-based grants are awarded according to the federal eligibility formula. First consideration is given to Federal Pell Grant recipients with the highest levels of calculated need. Additional information is available on the U.S. Department of Education's site.

North Carolina Need Based Scholarship Program

Need-based grants are awarded to North Carolina residents according to the state eligibility formula.
